Calling all pedal pushers - while the pros are battling it out in the Giro d'Italia, challenge yourself in the Giro d'Canberra and make a difference for your chosen charity. Whether you're in it for a fun day out, or to achieve a personal best, make every second on the course count by fundraising as part of your ride.

 

The Rotary Club of Woden Daybreak will be running Giro d'Canberra.  The Rotary club of Woden Daybreak will use proceeds from the registration fees to support Rotary projects.

 


When: 20th of May 2018
Where: Stromlo Forest Park, Canberra ACT

Time: 7am for a 7.30am start

 

The ride:

The ride will be 130km starting and finishing at Stromlo Forest Park, with a Mt Stromlo climb just before you finish at Stromlo Forest Park.  

 

The ride will be challenging with around 2500 metres of climbing.

This event is not a race, ride at your own pace.

There will be a food stop at Corin Dam and a water station at the start of Corin Road

There will be several support vehicles in the event you need assistance.
